Not going to be easy but after my lovely halloween weekend with my family, I need to take stock and get myself back on track.. for me. :) And so my hubby thinks I'm just as sexy next year as he did this! :blushing:

so.... this is my pledge to have a 'clean' week calorie wise and drink lots of water! lol

If anyone fancies joining me it'd be wonderful!

  • Do you mean by "clean" staying under calorie goal? or "eating clean" like non processed food?

Yay I have a buddy! Great thanks for joining me. I am not great on whole foods all week to be fair so can't promise that.. and having been naughty this weekend I know it'll be tough.. but we can do it!
I'm going to weigh in the morning - just to be accountable for my 'bad weekend' and then get that weight off again! lol
have a good first day x
  • My weigh in is also in the am! I want to push myself this week to stay under 1600 with exercise so this will be great, and I'm starting strength training too!! Cheers to a great week!! I love your merry band of Scallywags! :)

I'm with you Jane. I feel like I really stumbled along last week after a weekend away, but I'm ready to start anew (and avoid the Halloween candy!)

I don't know if kids in the UK come home with bucket loads like the kids here, but I let me kids choose 3-5 pieces, then ask them to trade me for a "new" toy item and dispose of the candy. Works every time! Once the candy is out of the house, they don't miss it and I don't snitch it.
  • I will also join you I have been off track myself hitting the candy dish a little too much!!!

I am in the UK and my kids have just come home with bags full!! I love your idea of a trade in... I am already feeling tempted by the naughty little chocolate treats that I know are in there!!

Porffor - I would love to join your challenge!! I am trying to eat more protein and drink more water to bust through a massive plateau that I have been on since the 2nd week of September!! Fingers crossed!!

Hello!! Sorry didn't get here yesterday.. Uni and Halloween put paid to my energy stores.. lol I went to bed early to avoid the sweets everywhere! lol
Thankfully I won't eat most of the ones they came home with. The 'trade' sounds like a GREAT idea for next year though! they are so proud of their 'stash' but I know my 6 year old will be nagging till it's gone! lol my 12 year old is like a squirrel and stores it away never to be eaten in honesty.

Ok.. I weighed in at 3.5lb UP from Thursday.. where on earth does all that come from? Tell me it's mostly water please! :blushing:

Will weigh again tomorrow for a 2 day weigh in, being good though didn't log yesterday will log today to get back on track.

So wonderful to see you all and have friends here for support! :flowerforyou:

hope you're all doing well - how's today going?

Another good day and a bonus to keep me on track.. toothache! lol I've had it niggling for a few days now but it got worse yesterday so because of Uni I booked an appointment and have now got a referral to hospital for the extraction of two wisdom teeth. :(
Anyway.. pain still present so eating is going to have to be soft and gentle.. so the halloween sweets are safer than ever! lol

Had a lovely ride today too - so happy bunny!

    How you all getting on?
