I am 5'3 and started out at 190 lbs. I signed up for MFP in July of this year but didn't really start using it (especially the community section) until end of August/beginning of September. I had been putting on weight over the summer despite being quite aware of it, but finally just couldn't take it anymore. I won't go into my whole life/weight story here because I'm waiting to do a final before/after post; this is still before/during. I have been working with a trainer 2x/week at my gym and working out other days on my own, and am running a 5k next weekend (although I'm not 100% prepared for it, oh well!). And my eating has definitely improved, no more fast food, minimal late night eating (which is really one of my biggest problems), and eating a ton more fruits/veggies than I used to. Not really eating as much meat anymore, mostly fish, but that's not really on purpose, just kind of how my diet is working out.

Anyway just wanted to post right now because the last couple of weeks have been harder to keep losing weight. Although I am noticing body improvements and some of my pants are getting too lose, despite only a couple of pounds of change recently. Feel free to add me as a friend, just send with message ;) I love this website and find that the concept is the best way to stick to this on a consistent basis. Thanks for looking!

Here are my pics--not sure how to make them smaller, if anyone can that would be great, otherwise sorry for the technical difficulties!
