Im 35 female who has parkinsons anyone ha\/e any fa\/orite core strengthing exercises or balancing exercises?

    There are more but I know plank is quite good, so if anyone else willing to add please do so..
  • Anything with an exercise ball is great for both!

    Example: Sit on the ball and do sit ups. It forces you to balances and you work your abs!

    Plank twists, crunches, sit ups, super mans there is loads of core stuff out there
