Hi, I'm doing OK, but always find my sugar intake is over my limit, although as I cook everything myself and don't add sugar to anything, it is only coming from natural sugar in fruit. Is this OK?

As long as you remain under your calories goal, you should be fine! :)

A big "NO"!!! Sugar will slow down the process of weight loss even if you are within the calorie goal. The Calorie Count is ok for tracking etc. and is just an approximation. Reducing Sugar will certainly help you in the weight loss program.

I agree with rajivdubey. For me, calories are secondary (far behind) to sugars in terms of real weight loss.
