Im 35 female who has parkinsons anyone ha\/e any fa\/orite core strengthing exercises or balancing exercises?

There are more but I know plank is quite good, so if anyone else willing to add please do so..0 -
Anything with an exercise ball is great for both!
Example: Sit on the ball and do sit ups. It forces you to balances and you work your abs!
