My November Challenges...What are yours?

Workout:

- Insanity 3x a week (two full workouts, one 20 minute workout)

- Abs 2x a week

- Yoga 2x a week

- Jillian 2x a week (something with weights; probably 30ds or Ri30)



Nutrition

- 8 cups of water (4 of my green glass)

- 4 green smoothies a week (regardless if it's after a workout or not)



As well as a No Junk Food Challenge (all month)

- No cakes, donuts, brownies, cookies, pastries, etc

- No chips

- No pop

- No ice cream

- No candy

- No fast food

- No sweeteners/creamers in tea/coffee


These are mine. Do you have any goals for November for exercise or nutrition??

    Not eating over my calories on Thanksgiving and jogging 10 miles straight

    Not eating over calories and exercising at least 30min every day
  • No binging.
    Drink 6-8 cups of water everyday.
    Make healthier food choices.
  • I am restarting Insanity for like the 4th time tomorrow.. I will make sure I also run every day in preparation for my career.. and Just making sure I do not eat fast-food and stay under my calories (excluding exercise).

    Continuing my P90X workouts an hour each day 6 days a week.
    Back down to one glass of milk per day.
    Continue eating healthier snacks instead of cookies, chocolate, ice cream, etc. (which is hard since sugar use to be one of my food groups)
    Staying under/at my calorie intake allowance.

    Eat less junk, more whole foods!
  • To get off the couch and start my exercise routines. no more excuses for me! Also no chocolate or chippies.

    It's "No chocolate November" for me!
    Also starting 30DS tomorrow.
  • Only 1 cup of coffee per morning.
    6-8 oz of water a day
    Stay at or under 1200 calories
    Work out at least 3x a week for 30 minutes
  • I have a goal to continue doing my pt 24/7 billy blanks workout DVDs at least 6 time a week, and continue not going over my calories.

    I like the 1500 burpees idea though

    Eating only 'clean' foods

    Getting to the gym at least 4 times a week

    Getting better at running

    Drinking at least 5 glasses of water a day

    Trying to accept the size that I am now, even if I don't lose any weight

    Not giving in to weighing myself

    Keeping off diet coke

    - walk/jog every day BEFORE work AND after work

    - workout to new jillian michaels dvd...forgot the name of it...

    - AND different workout dvds...have to watch them and make a schedule


    Nutrition

    - AT LEAST 2 32 OZ OF MY BOBBLE BOTTLE OF H20 EVERY DAY

    - KEEP TRACK OF CALORIES



    ONLY FAST FOOD/STARBUCKS ON:

    - WEEKENDS AND PAYDAYS

    Ok here goes:

    3 Litres of water per day

    5 cheat meals all month

    Soup ONLY for tea once a week

    180g Protein per day

    Weight training 3x per week

    1x Insanity workout per week

    Weigh myself once a week (friday morning)

    Im currently thinking of my November aims

    I cut down from 1 can of diet coke per day to one or 2 a week, but then they have been creeping back in, so i thought i would go a whole month!

    its the burpees that are worrying me!! especially given that i dont work out every day, so would need to do more than 50 when i do work out!!

    I havent even started trying to do november challenges yet...lol...ill start november 7th though
