November Goals!

Food : I am really bad at eating clean, so as of the 1st I am going to start fully getting into it. Fruit, veggies, protein (including from shakes), oatmeal, and yogurt. Have a cheat meal once or twice a week but that is all.

Fitness : Gonna be able to run 5km straight by the end of November!

Weight : to get in the 70's (lose 2.3kg's at least)

what are your goals?

    Ahah =D, for me, goals:

    - Food: Don't do any junk food at week end, I am normally pretty good during the week
    - Fitness: keep running 3 times a week at least (just not a massive fan of running) and manage to do more than 5 pull ups (wide grip)!
    - Weight: lose body fat... I have been stuck at 18% body fat for a while, I'd like to see those abs now (reach perhaps 14-15% BF)!

    If you keep doing that though, reaching the "70s" will be no big deal...
  • Needed some motivation to sort out my goals for November and get more weight lost, I have been slacking so thanks for this post!

    1. Finally have ran 60 miles or over in month, I have been getting closer but not quite made it yet.
    2. Loose half a stone (7lbs)
    3. By the end of the month be into a size 14 (uk) jeans or trousers.
    4. Eat better at weekends, and log it all if I don't
