I'm new here, just wanted to introduce myself. My sister invited me so we can help each other stay motivated. I turn 42 this week and I decided it is time to make regular exercise a lifetime commitment! Have a goal to lose about 10 pounds and tone/trim up my midsection so I can feel good about my body. Looking forward to meeting some new friends and getting in better shape. :flowerforyou:

    Welcome, sis! I lost 10 lbs on here and so can you! :wink: Although I think my midsection and backside aren't going anywhere any time soon, no matter what I do. :grumble:
