Well, I am starting to get back into shape having been off all things exercise and healthy for the last 4 years.

love this fitness pal,,,loaded on my blackberry too so i have absolutely NO excuse not to journal :-) i'm doing the Metabolic Research center for the first time - have lost 20 lbs and want to lose 15 more! this will keep me honest and motivated - taking one day at a time!0
