    You know - I just let out a big breath, like I was holding my breath. And I feel a bit more relaxed... because you say you can do this at your age and I'm 53 so I'm sometimes wondering about that. I see some people half my age tearing it up on here and losing the same amount as me but looking half the size, well no, actually BEING half the size - it's just all configured differently!! And then you post your pic, looking so FANTASTIC and I just stop and think about that... this can be done, here is photographic proof, just relax, and stick with it, I tell myself.
