Hi All,

I'm 29 and had my first little boy 9 months ago. I put quite a bit of weight on during the pregnancy and a few more pounds on when I stopped breast feeding lol. I have a target of 44lbs to loose, but plan to do this at a steady rate in the hopes it will stay off!!

This site looks fabulous and I'm loving the phone app, which I can take with me everywhere, am hoping this will help me stay on track.

Look forward to reading all the success stories :)

    Hi, the downside to breastfeeding... you get used to eating more cals when you do it then as soon as you stop feeing the weight creeps on!! i did it twice, you 'd think i'd have learnt the first time, lol!!!

    Sounds like we have a similar goal...I would like to lose 40 lbs. 20 of it is baby weight and the other 20 is food-baby weight. :wink:
    I just started 30 day shred yesterday!
  • I know that feeling of the food baby lol. You'll have to let me know how the 30 day shed goes as I may need some pointers lol :wink:
