Hello ! I joined this site a few weeks ago and everyday I said I would start 30 day shred *tomorrow*...well tomorrow finally came yesterday and I completed my second day this morning. Here's to 28 more days!! My goals are to log my food and workout daily. I've been reading so many inspiring weight loss stories and the before/after pics blow me away. Ive never been so ready in my life to get fit and healthy! Im currently at 185lbs and would like to lose 45 lbs.

You can do it. When I started on this web-site I weighed 183lbs....and today I weight 136.8 lbs..... it is an awesome feeling and I wish you lots of luck!0

Thank you! My profile pic is my inspiration. It was taken in '07 and I weighed about 145lbs. I ultimately would love to get into the 130's....but I would be more than happy to just get to 145. I love how encouraging everyone is on here!0

It's an at home work out video by Jillian Michael's. It's technically called "30 Day Shred" but everyone either just calls it The Shred or 30DS.0 -
The first steps are the difficult ones. Once you start getting results, you'll find your healthier lifestyle so gratifying that it'll be easier to stick to your new habits! :bigsmile:0
