need some opinions about mega t green tea..

i've been taking mega t green tea pills since i began my journey in september. i have lost weight, but i am am pretty sure its from changing my eating habits, drinking more water and working out.
what do y'all think? should i stop taking them?

I take them, too but for inflammation because I have MS. If I run out and don't take them for a dew days I don't see any difference in my weight loss progress so I don't think they really help much there. Just my observation.0

I take 2 every morning for the energy but can say that if I do not exercise I do not lose the weight.0

I'd just drink green tea, personally. I brew a mug or two of green tea every day, great for a lot of things that are good for health, but really nothing specific to do with weight loss.0

I take a similar one, but not for weight loss. Helps me with those early mornings that come after all of my late nights, lol. I can't do caffeine, so it works!
But I took them in college, too, and without changing my diet or exercising, they don't really help with the actual weight loss.0 -
There have been a few studies that have shown that consuming large amounts of green tea, in conjunction with exercise may result in a greater caloric expenditure than exercise alone.
If my memory serves me correctly most of the studies also showed that the benefit of the green tea was only realized if it was in conjunction with exercise.
I want to say that the amount was the equivalent to 8-10 cups of green tea.
I take it daily. I figure it may help give my caloric expenditure a boost when exercising, and if not, it's still good for me as an antioxidant!0
