    Have to agree there, that little nasty treat is what lead my family and I to learn that I am allergic to black licorice.... bleh!

    A lot of good (I mean bad) examples on here, but what I always hated was the self righteous pricks who stuffed religious tracts in my goodie bag...if you don't want to celebrate Halloween the right way, turn off the damn porch lights...I'm not disparaging religion (don't delete, MODs!), I just think this is the last place to "spread the gospel"...I'd rather they give me circus peanutes or necco wafers...LOL!

    Circus Peanuts. And I beg to differ. They're not my favorite by any stretch of the imagination, but they remind me of my dad therefore they are good. :wink:
    I like them too, but maybe just because they remind me of my great-grandfather. That dude always had circus peanuts, every time I ever saw him. And he always gave them to me.

    Aww man I love black licorice. I’d have to say that my least liked Halloween candy (other than the much mentioned Candy Corn *shudder*) were the Mounds and Almond Joy’s. I absolutely love them now but couldn’t stand coconut as a kid.

    Mounds and almond joy. Nothing joyous about stringy coconut that doesn't chew up! ha ew We used to put our coconut ones into the bowl my mom and dad were passing out hoping to get rid of it. ha

    Maybe I would like it now, but if I've never felt the need to spend money on them. :) A snicker always wins!

    All these candy posts today! Im going to be face first in my kids candy bags tonight if I dont stay out of the boards! :laugh:

    I like most of the ones you all have mentioned.... those black/orange PB taffys, candy corns. I dont like the wax like candies or anything gummy with a liquid center. Thats the kind of candy I bought today to hand out. Havent touched a single one. :bigsmile:
