Went to see my Dr this weekend, and he gave me some awesome numbers!
BP 110/70 (seated/elevated)
Resting HR in the 40's!
Current Weight 234!
Most of you know I plan on running in next year's ING NYC Marathon.
I will be seeing a Cardiologist, as well as getting a sonogram and full bloodwork over the next few weeks before I get the green light to start marathon training next year, but so far its looking good!!!
Just remember one thing, you may not always see your hard work reflected by the number on the scale, but the scale isnt the only number that matters, actually, its on the bottom of my list of numbers I care about. So when you get upset by a number on the scale, think of all the GOOD that will come from living a healthy lifestyle!!!

I am so proud of you too!! I am so inspired by you. When I feel lazy I think about how hard it was for you to move your body at 500 pounds and you kept pushing and you kept fighting, literally for your life. It got my fat a** up and doing cardio and strength training this weekend and I feel great!! Thank you...0
