    Yay for you! I started mine 8 days ago. It's a good burn, but def a burn! Even when you feel like your body is too sore to do it, DO IT. You will be glad =) Everyones different, but I tried level 2 alittle too early and yikes! I'm doing 10 days level 1, 10 days level 2 and 10 days level 3. Good luck =)

    It's a DVD by Jillian Micheals called the 30 Day Shred. It's supposed to be really intense 20 minute workout to help you quickly drop lbs and inches. I've been doing her Yoga Meltdown for a week now and I can say that she's a very good workout but from time to time you will be tempted to swear at your tv.

    I'm doing the 30DS starting tomorrow too :) I have a new focus this time... When I complete the shred (with minimal missed days, and ALWAYS making those days up), I will buy the HRM that I've been wanting for a long time :)

I've been doing her Yoga Meltdown for a week now and I can say that she's a very good workout but from time to time you will be tempted to swear at your tv.

    LOVE to Hate on the 30 day Shred, but it's totally worth it. We slacked for a while, but are back at it. whatever you do, don't stop. LOL restarting is rough!

    So it is 20 minutes a day? That sounds doable. I am sure it is an a@@ kicking 20 minutes, though.

    Hi,

    I have had 30DS for a few weeks now and kept putting off starting it so will be joining you all tomorrow morning. A bit nervous because I'm so unfit at the mo I probably will feel like I can't breathe after 5 minutes XD But I will try my best :D lol

    Does anyone know how many calories it burns over the different levels by any chance? :)
