Hello from a winter newbie

Hello everyone

I've been using myfitnesspal on and off for a while now, but I was bad at updating my diary. Now I have an iPhone, and can use the app, I'm hoping it will encourage me to keep more up to date.

I think this site is an amazing resource!

I just got married so I was very focused on losing weight for the wedding, and now it's over I'm worried about the pounds creeping back on. Also with winter here and the nights getting darker, I am looking to hopefully increase my flagging energy levels by exercising more and eating nutritiously.

After going to the gym so much before my wedding, I am also trying to vary my routine to include running, swimming and exercise classes so that I don't get bored!

I would love to drop one dress size before Christmas, and I would welcome any support and friendship from anyone on here.
