    Always amazing and inspirational Gary. You are what's keeping me from giving up on my goal. I have been at a plateau since August and definitely would have thrown in the towel by now but each day I log into MFP and am inspired and given hope and the strength to keep plugging away by eating right and exercising even if my weight remains the same. Thank you.
