Hi everyone!
I was wondering if anyone knows about how many calories are burned in the Firm workout Hi-def sculpt? I do the full workout (about 40 minutes) with 2 5-pound weights. Even a rough estimate would be great...thanks!

    Hi
    I have the Wave from the Firm too and I not really sure how many calories we burn during it. But I entered 40 minutes of step aerobics and myfitnesspal said it was 453 calories.

    I've been wanting to try that...how are you liking the wave?
    I have been entering 40 minutes under the "aerobics, high impact" and it says I burn 315 calories. I just want to make sure I'm not going over my calories at the end of the day.
