So I have completed the shred,ripped in 30 and shredding it with weights all by Jillian Michaels. I still do them but they are no longer a challenge for me. What workout videos do you guys suggest? I need a new one, I feel these arent a challenge anymore! Thanks :)

    take what you've learned from them, and go to the gym. make up your own work outs, with your own amount of sets and repititions, and with weights.

    yes, i am the weird guy at the gym with his work out written down on a piece of paper. i take the bench bar, load it up with weights, put it on my shoulders, and do lunges with it. that is actually great for your core, because you have to keep your balance!!
