It's almost go time! If you like to weigh in on Mondays, you can go ahead and post your starting weight today, and post your goal weight, so everyone knows the exact amount!!

Yeah, 5lbs in November would be my goal reached so deffo up 4 this. A weekly weigh in during November wouldbe good motivation.0

I'll do this one.
I am trying to start up the exercise again so this will give me an added boost.
SW - 13St 0lbs (182lbs for the americans in the house) - Weighed this morning
GW - 12st 9lbs (177lbs) - By November 30th
Overal GW - 10St 2lbs (142lbs) - Sometime before May 24th
And a 6 pack.
I will update when I can but my weigh in day is Sunday so the stats will be from that.
Not got any exercise plans yet as recovering from bad back. But know at least every Sunday I will be doing 30 mins swimming with the kids and where possible 40 min walk to get lunch every day (Approx 2 miles).
