hitting the "reset" button

Hi all!

I just joined MFP and I'm excited. I got out of a really bad, stressful relationship about 9 months ago, and have since made some major changes, all of which have made me stronger and happier.

Next step: get back to my pre-stress weight!

In 2008, I weighed 108 lbs. I know weigh 137. I'd like to get to around 115, because that was my previous "comfortable" weight - 108 was when I was a workout maniac. ;)

My goals for the next 12 months are:
1) Stay on this site and log everything as much as I can
2) Keep reading the book UltraMetabolism to get back in the mindset of eating to live, not living to eat
3) Log 365 miles in the next year (walking, running, biking)

    Also, I thought I would mention, before anyone worries that I'm looking to be unreasonably thin, I am only 4'11", so 108 is actually right in the middle of the healthy BMI chart for someone my height. I'm not trying to look like a supermodel, just healthy. :)
