    I am 44 and a mother of 3 kids. I also work full time and love to exercise. I just found this free app on my iPhone and absolutely love it!! It is so easy to work with and I am amazed at the foods already loaded in the data bank. Add me too :)

    I recently turned 40 in June. Although, I like to call it my 15th anniversary of 25th birthday.
