Kinda had a rough past couple of days. Haven't exercised since thursday and haven't done to well with my food journal. I figured that since today is Nov 1st i'm going to start fresh with a new month and really get motivated to shed some pounds by the end of December. I was down to 170lbs; but back up to 175lbs. I would like to lose 30 lbs by Jan1. 15 lbs a month; that's a lot I know but I'm ready for the challange. I'm going to do Zumba 2 or 3 days a week and then cardio the other 2 or 3 days. I'm looking for some advice on working out like little things I can do at home or on the weekends and eating tips. Check out my journals and be honest; what should I cut out and what should I add. I know the obvious; Dr. Pepper. I'm gonna try and limit my self to only one a day and hopefully be able to get to like one every other day or something like that. I'm open to any other suggestions!!!!

Get back on the wagon asap!
I fell off for 6 months, gained 17 pounds and only just found the will to get back on...don't do what I did..it is a slippery slope and it is too easy to cave in..just do it!!
