I think if you follow the program and eat healthy it's almost impossible to NOT have results. I love the work out. It's quick and too the point and you get an awesome work out.

    I highly recommend it!

I had AMAZING results - lost 11.6 lbs and almost 10 inches all over (in a 6 week period). I believe it will give you results even if you don't do all the levels or stretch it out.

It is impossible to do it and not have results.
  • I just joined today, but my doctor says it is a great tool.
    HOWEVER,
He says that you need to work for it.
Just make sure that you are doing what is best for your body.
Loosing slows makes is stay off.
    Keep your chin up

I just started it today and it was a really great challenge. I would find it hard to believe that somebody didn't get results. It may not be a huge weight loss if you're closer to your goal than farther away from it but I'm sure there will be changes and inches lost. Take pictures and measurements, then give it a try. What harm could come from an intense workout to get into better shape? (Done correctly of course)

I had results - 3.5 lbs and total of 8 inches lost but it also jumped started my weight loss because I was losing really slow and now finally a pound a week - good luck and don't give up!
  • I think you will have results, either inches lost, pounds lost or both. Don't get discouraged if you see only inches lost and the scale hardly move or (gasp) you show a gain in the begining. I started it back up last week and everytime I do,m I gain initially. That is from your body retaining water to repain your sore muscles. I highly recommend measuring or atleast taking some before pictures. The scale can lie and not tell you the whole picture of what your body is really doing. So again, don't get discouraged and give up if you see a gain or no loss. Like I said last week I did and it took alot for me to tell myself its ok. Even though I haven't done it for the past 4 days....fully intend on getting back into it tonight....had a busy busy weekend and then trick or treating with the kids yesterday...which was a workout in itself lol :)

I've been doing it since July and have seen amazing results. I've been going at my own pace starting with the modified moves and then doing the advanced. After I felt level 1 start to get "easy" (I put that in quotes because it's never easy, just wasn't challenging anymore) I moved up to level 2. Been doing level 2 for over a month now and will probably start level 3 next week. I've lost 32 lbs and dropped down 2 jean sizes! I do it 4-5 times a week so consistency is definitely the key.
