Hey Everyone!
If there is anyone else doing the zumba workout at home with the dvds, you can find out how many calories you burned by going to www.zumbacalories.com. You just enter your weight, how long, and the level of intensity at which you were doing it. Just a helpful tip.

Don't use that site! It is HORRIBLY off! If you DO use it, figure you burned HALF of what it tells you! I compared it to my HRM.0

I use a heart rate monitor and when I compare it to this site the numbers are very close, so it seems pretty accurate. I usually burn just under 600 high intensity!0

I use a HRM as well, and mine are fairly close to the numbers they provide. But I will keep checking to make sure.0
