Ok there is not much of a difference but I wanted to inform my friends of my progress becuase I've been gaining some weight but I asure you that is not fat and I'm not giving up, I'm just gaining a lot of muscle. For my work outs I do 15mins of cardio and then 30-45 mins weight lifting doing super sets to keep my cardio up, I burn around 750calories per exercise (confirmend with my HRM). These pictures were taken exactly a year from each other during Halloween. You guys can be the judges.
