65+ lbs in 7 months

Yeah so I'm posting this to give the men on here motivation mostly. At the start of march I was over 300lbs and probably gaining daily. I got sick of it and downloaded the MFP app to my phone. The weight started to come off around 2 lbs a week. I watched the documentary fathead and really restricted my carbs and basically went on a modified caveman diet. After that the weight really started falling off. Im at 235.6 right now after starting at over 300 and I've still got around 35-40 to go. Hopefully then i'll be back into my cross country shape that I was in while in high school ten years ago. Sorry for the lack of pics, I seem to still be a little camera shy as Im not used to posing for pics.
