January I started my weight loss journey at 183 lbs....I am only 5ft 3...
As of today I am 130 lbs....this was my original goal when I started...now
I have reach my goal and am considering reaching for the 125-120 mark.
I have said GOODBYE to my muffing top ;P and my big belly however I do
have a small pooch I would like to see go.....I do have more muscle definition
which I am proud of...
Upon reaching my first goal I have found myself becoming more settled and not
pushing my self as much as I did in the beginning. I am still active and go to the gym to
work out, but I think I may need something more to motivate me...any suggestions?
I have done the 30ds and loved it. Also the ripped in 30. And occasionally I do the
cardio max by biggest loser. I do the elliptical at the gym and the treadmill. I go for walks.
Do some circuit training. What else can I do to up my game?
I need some opinions....I don't want to fall back into my old lifestyle..
are there any workouts/exercises to tone up my body?

If you want to tone you are going to have to do serious strength training, not just circuit training.

Have you considered running a marathon? having that as a goal might help?

Try any of Bob Harpers workouts. His inside out method, kick your but and tones you up. It's more challanging than the jillian workouts that I started with. She gets you started he finishes you

Look at changing your routine. Cycling is great and you can cover more distance, but it is more of a summer thing.
