It says water proof but has anyone ever used it in a pool chest strap and all? Just curious if I could wear it in the pool for water areobics for an hour?

You can. Just do not push any buttons on the watch while wet.0

I have never wore it in a pool however i sweat likei am in one and its fine. Its a great HRM.0

I swim between 1.5 and 2 miles 6 days a week and have been wearing it a couple times a week. It works well. My monitor clips onto the strap and I will take it off and "spin" it with my suit after I shower. The directions say do not push the buttons under water.0
