Loosing weight and my shoes feel loose

Is this normal? Does weight loss also occur in feet? I've never lost weight before so I've never noticed this.

  • I lost a whole shoe size once. I heard that women who have a coil fitted need that changed too if they lose loads of weight.

    I went from a size 8.5 to 7 after losing 40 lbs. So yes, your feet are getting skinny too! :p

    Definetly. I was in a cute lil size and then I got pregnant and all my shoes wouldnt fit me anymore bcuz of the weight gain.

    My goal is definetly to fit back into all those cute lil shoes I have. :o)

    All my shoes are too big! I've lost 78 lbs so far, it's costing me a fortune in new clothes! Wouldn't have it any other way though! :-)

  • Yep, I lost 140 lbs an dropped a whole shoe size.
  • Good thing I am buying new shoes next week. I probably should buy them tight :)
