Hey everyone I'm new to the site... well I signed up awhile ago just never really used it.
Me and a friend of mine just got gym memberships, cause god knows that I wouldn't go on my own. lol
Anyway I'm using the log from the site to keep track of workouts and food and really just looking for helpful tips.
