i am trying to eat low carb and it seems to be working - can anyone suggest some tasty low carb snacks?

    I like almonds, frozen raspberries, hard boiled egg (no yolk), cheese, celery w/ cream cheese....I'm hungry now:tongue:

    I started drinking Lean Dessert protein shakes and YUM! Milk, edamame, string cheese, yogurt , fruit....

    When I did Atkins a long time ago - my favorite snack was Celery with cream cheese and then some ham pressed into the cream cheese... it was really good and satisfying.
