Loosing weight and my shoes feel loose

Options
Is this normal? Does weight loss also occur in feet? I've never lost weight before so I've never noticed this.

I lost a whole shoe size once. I heard that women who have a coil fitted need that changed too if they lose loads of weight.

I went from a size 8.5 to 7 after losing 40 lbs. So yes, your feet are getting skinny too! :p

Definetly. I was in a cute lil size and then I got pregnant and all my shoes wouldnt fit me anymore bcuz of the weight gain.

My goal is definetly to fit back into all those cute lil shoes I have. :o)

All my shoes are too big! I've lost 78 lbs so far, it's costing me a fortune in new clothes! Wouldn't have it any other way though! :-)

Same here. I don't think I need a wide shoe anymore.
