Anyone starting Insanity today?

I just might and have it complete on New years eve. i am going to do the fit test today. i think this will help me not go too crazy over the holidays. Although i will be allowed to eat a lot more food then i do know in the second month while doing this program.

    I will.. I start and stop before, but maybe this time I can make it through the whole thing w having to be accountable to other people..

    I calculated the daily calories needed and mine is 2000 to 2500 a day. THAT right there is motivation enough for me! lol j/k

    I started yesterday with doing the fitness test....I am not sure how to log in my exercise for this though?
    Any suggestions?

    You will have to split up your workouts to add it to the diary, some cardio, some calisthenics, etc. This is all HIIT and MFP doesnt have that on the exercise diary. If you have a heart rate monitor then you are good for logging it in but I wouldnt worry to much about it. Use this site to keep track of the food. You can use the scale and measuring tape to track your progress. If you need to adjust your calories in the next week to lose more you can. I only have 2 lbs to my goal weight so i am just doing this for toning and strength. 7lb lbs weight loss is my limit if i start losing weight like crazy. and if i start gaining 5 lbs is my limit. lol
  • I just finished cardio - day 3. it's going to be a long 60 days, especially with the holidays. stick with it :)

  • I restarted Insanity again today. Its tough and hard work is definitely needed but its worth it!! I have a heart rate monitor to track my calories which is a huge motivator to keep going and to track.
