Nervous...Before & After 50 lb loss

I am nervous about posting any pictures. I am accutely embarrassed by how big I let myself get. I started this journey on 01/18/11 and have lost 50 pounds so far. I'm working on my body fat now and need to lose 7% yet.

It just doesn't seem like 50 was that much, but I have gone from a size 14 (tight) to a 4.

    I wouldn't have made it this far without this site. I just log everything before I eat it. If it doesn't fit in my daily food diary, I don't eat it. I monitor my calories, fat, sugar, carbs, protein. Sugar is so important to monitor! I have to say I don't exercise much and didn't exercise at all during the first 4 months. I didn't want to overwhelm myself with total restrictions. After the weight started coming off, I added in walking and some pushups, squats, lunges, etc...

    Loved the tire tracks on the dress and gloves.!!! I honestly think you look great in both pictures, but I know you're happier in the size 4!

    I completely understand the embarrassment of "letting yourself get that big" and then having to deal with the result of all those bad choices! But you made a decision and a commitment and look at where you are today! You look amazing!! But more importantly, I will bet that you FEEL amazing (physically and emotionally).
