My name is Renee and I am currently entertaining the idea of weight loss. I have tried several times but failed miserably. I am wanting to take another shot at it again. I am honestly afraid of weight loss. I am afraid of being hungry if I modify my portions. I am afraid of not having ENOUGH on my plate. Does that make sense? Exercise is also something that I am not sure if I could manage or not?

    Just get a smaller plate then. :)

    Best advice for exercise is to find something you like doing so it's not a chore. Hiking, biking, walking... they are all good. The best exercise is the one your keep for life.

    You can do this if you want to and you make the commitment to make it happen.
