The Turkey Challenge!!!!!

Options
I am posting a 30 day challenge to start my core training and get ready for my first tough mutter next year. The challenge is 100 sit-ups (any style) a day for 30 days and as many pushups (any style) as you can. If you miss a day, you have to make that day up somehow.

I'm hoping this challenge will keep people focused on fitness during one of the biggest drinking/eating seasons of the year. Good luck to all who are up for it and I will post my tracking once a week.

    i"m in! Been wanting to really do some core work for a while. Probably be doing my own mix of crunches, planks, and hanging leg raises on a rotation. Lol. Need to keep it interesting.

    Planning my strategy for today. Lol. Have dinner with a friend at 8 so I only have about 2 hours after work to get as much in as I can.

    Count me in! I am running on the treadmill when I get home so when I am done with that I'll work on my crunches and sit ups.
