Before and after pics, 35 lbs.

Hey all, here are some before and afters. The first one was taken on August 20th, 2011. I was around 210-215 lbs. The second picture is from the other day, and I weighed 182 lbs. I am five foot, seven and a half inches tall. When people posted their before pics and said it was embarrassing, I always thought that was ridiculous... until now. This is mortifying, but I know how much before and afters inspire me, so hopefully I can inspire even just one person out there.
