One month water challenge :)

I am so bad at drinking water as i find Yazoo and fizzy pops to be the equivalent of a drug. There for i am designating my November as my personal Water Month challenege where i aim to drink the entire contents of a standardisded britta filter jug (roughly 8 normal glasses of water)

They say water helps boost metabolism and brain function :) Im aiming for NSV with this challenege but if it helps me to lose a few lbs then why not ey :)


Anyone want to join me?

    This is a great challenge for anyone who does not already drink enough water. Personally I drink a TON of water, and it makes me feel great.

    I do not go anywhere without a 24oz water bottle.

    I drink alot of pop and caffine and i always feel sluggish throughout the day. Last time when i did my water challege i felt immensely healthier and had loads of concentration :D wooo for auga!

    Good luck on your challenge. I personally drink a LOT of water, maybe too much water. My desk is right next to the water cooler so I'm always filling up my 24oz. water bottle and drink between 6-8 bottles a day. I'd be interested if their is such a thing as drinking too much water during the day.

    Someone told me if u drink too much water u can drown yourself....but then again im very naieve and believe almost anytthing :) so dont hold me on that one

    I'll join you. I am TERRIBLE at this I don't drink hardly any water, or anything else for that matter. a coffee or 2 a day and that's it :( I'm trying to like tea, I hate drinking cold things in the cold weather (which is about 10 months a year here LOL)
    anyway, I'm aiming for 4 or more glasses a day, hopefully more but at least this

  • NCIS a couple of weeks ago had someone who died from drinking too much water. :)
