30 day challenge

I have been struggling with my weight loss success. I am going to try something new for me. My goal from now until December 2nd is to try and log my food everyday, drink all my water and be active some how every single day. I have never logged 30 days in a row, so let the logging begin. Feel free to look at my food log and comment to me! I wonder how much weight I will be able to get off in the next 30 days :wink:

    Good Luck. I have never missed a day logging in either. We can both do it.

    Okay its the end of the day and I met 2 of my goals,

    Goal # 1 log all my food - met my goal

    Goal # 2 Do some type of exercise everyday - met my goal

    Goal # 3 Drink 8 glasses of water - Goal not met

    First day 2 out of 3 not too bad

    okay so the end of day 2 and I did some exercise today not much, so I met that goal. I didn't go over my calorie limit, that goal met. I drank my water too, met that goal. Yeah me!!!
