day two not so good

My second day hasgood gone as well... Just got so hungry! Weak time is afternoon, and when the kids have their tea!! Its also a non exercise day so struggled with so few calories. Hope tomorrow is better...

    Don't give up and certainly don't punish yourself. It can take some adjustment to healthy eating and cutting down. You will get there, and there are plenty of people on here to support you :)

    It may help in the beginning to spread out your calories to fill the "hungry" part of the day.

    I struggled a lot my first few days. What I ended up doing was put my goals at a half pound a week for a few days to ease into it and then down to a pound a week. It made the transition smoother and I still lost a lot just due to my lifestyle changes. :)

    Whatever you do keep it up for a more healthy you!

    Maybe you could take a walk or something to offset those extra calories, if you really want to. But I wouldn't worry about it too much - it's just one day. Just do your best to stay on track in future.
  • Debbiejenn it is my second day too! I had the opposite. I had quite a stressful day today and didn't have the minimum amount of calories.. And i don't know if this is a bad thing but i just don't feel hungry.. i really don't know much about about healthy eating or anything. I know that i want to maximize my chances of getting fit and losing weight. It is just our second days i guess it will take time to ease ourselves into it! Keep going! It will be worth it! :happy:

    I really don't think that's a bad thing. If you go way under your calories for several days it would be bad, but one day should be OK.

  • yes! that is an excellent plan! I guess its not too bad, i still don't fully understand metabolism and how everything in my body works but then i guess its all big learning curve! :)
