I'd like to know if there is any kind of food that there is no calories or just a few calories.
Everything little thing I eat fullfill my diariy food. And by the middle of the day there is lefting only a few calories to consume.
Is there a trick for my hungry?

well, how much food have you alloted for yourself during the day? and what kinds? your journal isn't public, so we can't really comment. and what does your exercise program look like?0 -
Veggies like broccoli, peas, and lettuce all are free calories because it takes the calorie intake from them to burn them. Plus lots of water.0

Vlasic Kosher Pickle Spears only have a few calories... like 3, I think. They make a pretty good evening snack. You'll want to drink more water, though, because they have a bunch of salt.0

Many vegetables have negligible calories. Eat some with every meal (if you don't already) and you'll soon find that you have a ton of calories left over for snacking when you want some.0 -

veggies, veggies and more veggies. I'm still stunned when I see how few calories most veggies have. Sometimes I look for other options to make sure that tomato I ate really does have fewer than 20 calories. celery, cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, bean sprouts, mushrooms, spinach, etc. YUM!
as for your question about drinking water, it helps to drink water before and during meals because you get fuller sooner...or at least you realize you are fuller before you overeat. water also helps with digestion and fat burning...but for those purposes, it doesn't matter when you drink it so long as you are drinking your water throughout the day.0 -

water about 30 minutes before your meal. Plus I read apples are very good appetite hunger suppressants. Its hard to distinguish hunger from cravings. True hunger will cause a pang/pain but if you are hydrated and feeling hungry you may very well need some nutrient more often in smaller meals perhaps?
There is a salad dressing line by Walden Farms I found that is zero calories. Not sure how much you can eat for zero. I'm sure eating a lot isn't really calorie free. I got some honey mustard one that isn't too bad flavor wise its tart so kinda helps with the fact its not too sweet.
And I too just learned water should be spaced out between meals not with or even right before meals. Too much water can lower your acid levels and leave you with indigestion or heartburn.0 -

Really? For some reason I find apples make me hungrier than I was in the first place. I refuse to eat them anymore!0 -
Shirataki noodles are pretty much pure fiber and maybe 20 calories to stuff your face with them!0

Some people crave sweets after it could be mistaken for hunger. I dunno it curbs my hunger pretty well. The article I had read recommended eating 3-4 a day minimum. Everyone is different though.0 -

Water flavored with cucumber or lemon juice is a good option with no calories. Salt has no calories.
Sugar, fruits, veggies, and so forth DO have calories so don't count them as "free".
Gum is another thing I use when it's between food and I'm hungry - even at 5-10 cal a piece, it's low enough to chew and gives my mouth something to do.0 -

I completely disagree with the comments regarding "free" food. All vegetables have calories, and need to be logged. I can eat carrots all day long, but they have calories and sugar, and need to be tracked.
Gum and water are the best ways I've found to fight hunger. I drink water constantly - at meals, when I'm not hungry, when I'm not thirsty - and it helps keep the stomach feeling fuller, at least with me. Also - are you truly hungry, or are you bored hungry?
Plan the meals in advance - a HUGE help! I struggled with staying under calorie goal, but planning helps, a lot. Also, how many calories are you eating? If you're eating 1200, but you're constantly hungry (and a TRUE hunger at that), that's probably your body's way of telling you to eat more.0 -

Thanks to US FDA guidelines, even calorie free sweeteners do have calories. But if it's under 5 calories, they can call it calorie free. Splenda packets (and the like) have 4 calories each.

Is Celery Really a Negative Calorie Food?
While the list of negative calorie foods has ballooned to include everything from beets to strawberries and mangoes (yes, I’m being serious here), celery is the most commonly cited negative calorie food.
From a nutritional standpoint, celery is pretty much empty. It’s basically made up of water, sodium, some trace minerals and something called cellulose — which is a form of vegetable fiber than the human body cannot digest. It contains no protein or fat and marginal carbohydrates. Any other nutrition in celery is in the form of vitamins, minerals and enzymes, which contain no calories.
In fact, aside from iceberg lettuce and cucumbers, you probably couldn’t find a less nutritious, lower-calorie vegetable to eat. These foods are already about as close as you can get to eating zero calories. Close, but not quite, as we’ll see in a moment.
A large, stalk of celery weighing in at 2.2 ounces contains only nine calories. Negative calorie diet advocates claim that the mere process of chewing and digesting celery requires an expenditure of energy that exceeds the 9 calories present in the celery. Therefore, the argument goes, celery has “negative calories.”
Again, this all sounds good in theory, but what about in practice?
Issues with the Negative Calorie Foods Theory
There are some flaws with the negative calorie food theory, however.
First, the reason that certain foods like celery are already low in calories is exactly because of their high-non-caloric nutritional content. The fact that cellulose, water and minerals like sodium contain no calories is already figured into the food’s caloric-content. That’s why it has minimal calories in the first place. Negative food advocates want to double-dip here, and have you believe that the non-caloric nutrients like cellulose lower its effective calorie levels even more, but that’s just not how it works. This is already baked-in.
Second, the whole argument that the body burns more calories chewing and digesting negative calorie foods like celery is also suspect.
Yes, the body does expend a certain amount of energy to digest food, but that expenditure — even with foods that contain a high-percentage of non-caloric nutrients like cellulose — is actually fairly minimal.
Typically, the body will expend 10 - 15 percent of the calories you consume each day to fuel digestion. Let’s just throw the negative calorie food gurus a bone and say that for foods that are rich in non-digestible nutrients like cellulose, that number is actually as high as 50 percent of calories consumed (I have no evidence for this claim — I’m just being generous to prove a point.)
In the case of celery — the poster child of all negative calorie foods – you would be burning an extra 4.5 calories per each 9 calorie, 2.2 oz serving of celery. That would put your effective net calories at 4.5 (9/50% = 4.5 calories) — hardly “negative calorie” territory.
And because the amount of energy expended on digestion of foods is always expressed as a percentage, to have a negative calorie effect, digestion would have to constitute at least 101% of the energy consumed in order to create a negative calorie environment — something which is physically impossible.
So it appears that the food that is the best candidate for qualifying as a negative calorie food — celery – can’t even hit the break-even point, let alone become “calorie-negative.”0 -
