Quick fixes for weight loss...

They don't exist. This morning I saw a commercial for Sensa. Apparently you just sprinkle it on food and you won't gain any weight. What a lot of bull...!!
Anyone else see other products that makes you want to laugh and say "Yeah... right!"

    Apparently there's a procedure where they can freeze your fat cells. You can lose like 5 pounds in the course of 1-2 months. Costs $700. Also, the hospitals here advertise WLS. Beyond that, as far as gimmicks go, Sensa cracks me up, Shake Weight, Lipozene, and this list here http://www.obesitypanacea.com/2009/12/top-10-weight-loss-gimmicks-of-2009.html

    Yeah I saw the sensa commercial and I laughed so hard. That is some junk.

    Well laghing can help you loose weight they tell me, must by why I cant' loose anymore

    Sprinkle a ton of tabasco on your food. Just as effective.

    HCG or AKA starving yourself is at the top.

    I was talking to a dietitian and she said that they consider anyone who eats 300-500 calories a day an anorexic. So HCG is just a way for companies to sell anorexia.

    Maybe it tastes like poo and then you don't gain any weight because you can't eat the food.

    There is some new exercise machine that suggest you can work out for 15 minutes three times a week and do nothing else and end up losing 75-100 lbs in a year. Yeah, right.

    Ahaha! I agree 100% There's no easy way around it.... My mom was thinking about buying the Just My Size smoothies.... I had to talk that one down hard!

    My mom bought Sensa and two weeks later was diagnosed with diverticulitis. Not saying they're related, but no thanks. She also bought the Ab Circle Pro. She seems to believe that doing it for 3 minutes a day 3 times a week is all you need to get in shape. Well, that and Sensa, of course.

    That's how I lost all my weight... coupled with diet and exercise... results not typical??

    I echo on the HCG, and also those ab belts that you wear that supposedly help you spot-reduce fat by "constricting" your muscles... hah!
