Thai Food Options?

Options
Hey everyone - One of our suppliers is taking me out for Thai food today for lunch. . . I was THINKING of having lettuce wraps, but am wondering if there are any other healthy options I should consider. I've not had much Thai before. Thanks!

I looked on the food database, and some were as high as 1200 calories! That's my entire day in one meal! :(

Good job, asks for healthy options go right for that... amazing.

I'd recommend the chicken satay, or any of the salads that they offer (depending on the place), and maybe even thai chicken curry - Calories 340 (1421 kJ)

i do not have nutritional info, it's just one of my favorite dishes. i don't beleive an entree or food is unhealthy if eaten in moderation or sparingly

    The volume it's served in?
noodles, veggies, eggs, and chicken. And a good bit of salt. Much worse things out there for you, but around here, it's served in like 3lb servings :D

I usually go for the broccoli stirfry (ask for extra broccoli) with chicken, add a cup of rice and it is under 500 cals.

I made it at home once. The recipe called for like 3 cups of sugar. That's why it's so delicious!!! Also, depending on the place, it can be pretty greasy.
