URGENTLY NEEDED!! - some motivation to start!

Hi I'm Ajish and new to Myfitness pal. My aim is maintain my body weight at 75kgs, but lose fat by hitting the gym and consistently so.

Any words of advise on DOs and DONTs?? Or any suggestions on how to go about it??

    Do log on every day and stay within your goals. Don't eat processed and fast foods. Watch sodium too.

    Hold yourself accountable. Don't skip out on logging or lie to yourself about portion sizes; you would only be hurting yourself!
    If you don't feel like working out, do it anyway :D
    It will become habit soon enough!

    I know I feel so much better all day when I exercise. I get a high from it and now that I have seen results. I lost 12 lbs in the 25 days that I have been using myfitnesspal. It does hold you accountable. I love logging in. I just want to keep my sister and cousin motivated to find a way to log in and keep track. I gave them a food diary so at least if they can't get a chance to log in they can keep track and update it later.
