making a picture fit!

I found out how to post a picture on the message board using photobucket...but I can not get it to fit the whole picture...it keeps cutting off the right side....how do I shrink the picture to fit the whole thing...I tried resizing in photobucket and it is not working

    Photobucket often takes a while to update the link when you resize a picture.

    If people want to see the whole picture, they can right click on the image and click on view in new tab.

    it probably is working, but your computer might pull from the most recent visit of the page, if hitting your refresh button doesn't work, try closing mfp and reloading it and I bet it shows up correctly.
