My step-mom got this recipe from a family friend and we made it this weekend. Super easy and SO GOOD! The nutrition info/servings can vary depending on what brands/types of food you use, but you can plug it in and find out. :) Enjoy!

Harvest Chili-

2T oil
1 1/2 pounds apple sausage (or ground white turkey...less fat and more available)
2 red onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
6 cups butternut squash, cut in cubes (find it cut up in veggie department at most stores)
2 t chili powder
1/8 t cayenne powder
3 cups chicken broth
3 granny smith apples, coded and cut (if no granny smith available, use whatever you prefer)
1 15oz can beans (we used black beans)

Brown sausage 5 minutes and remove from pan. Add to same pan onion and
garlic. Sauté 2-3 minutes. Add squash. Cook 5 minutes. Add chili and
cayenne. Add sausage and broth. Boil then reduce to simmer for 10-15
minutes. In another pan, cook apples in a little oil. Add beans. Add
apples and beans to squash and cook 3-4 minutes.

Enjoy! :D
