Hi! My name is Chelsea. I am new to this site, and really trying to stay focused in my goal. I believe this would be so much easier with people to keep me accountable!

    My friends and I made our food diaries viewable to each other, you can get good idea's from friends by looking at what they eat.

    Yes, all of my best friends live 3 plus or more hours away and we are all making this journey together!! With our food diaries visable and logging on everyday it's like we are all local, doing it together!! Plus you know someone will see your f up's :) Makes me think twice before having ans having to add that extra cookie!
