Iron needed!

I am very low in iron and I want to find foods I can eat to help with my low iron without having to take supplements. Any help or suggestions??

Chicken liver is one of highest in iron. Also spinach.0

supplement with iron i do that and am getting a little over 130% daily value everyday
I was a little under normal in my last blood test0 -
Iron is deadly to stars.0

blackberries, dark fruits/veggies, red meat, etc.0

Beef, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, kale.....it's also better absorbed if you have vitamin C with it.0

Remember to get folic acid too, as you'll need it to make new Red Blood Cells.0

Cook in cast iron pans, that'll help too.0

Strawberries and dried apricots are very tasty ways to get more iron in your day.0
